I have been a customer of Accountants Direct for over 10 years. In the past I had to get up early and go to Armadale Shopping Centre and wait to be first in line to get my Tax done. This year I did my Tax return the new way. Over the phone!
It was way easier having it done this way. I don’t know why I wasted my time in the past. The Accountant's name was Dee. I received a text message 15 minutes before my appointment, so I had time to make a cuppa and wait for her call. I sat in my nice warm lounge room with a warm coffee and proceeded to do my Tax return. It was pretty much exactly the same as in the past, except I didn’t have to drive to the Shopping Centre in the rain and wait in the cold to be first in line.
I would recommend getting your Tax done this way to anyone. I would also recommend Dee to anyone as well. Dee was very professional and friendly, she really knew what she was doing. In fact, why wife and daughter are booked in to get their Tax return done over the phone as well. It was so quick and easy doing it over the phone. In the past it would take me over 2 hours to get my Tax done, traveling to the shopping centre and waiting. This year it was all done in about half an hour.
